Job Title: Medical Assistant Scheduler

Location: Seattle, WA 98107

Duration: 3 Months Contract to hire

Shift: M-F 8:30-5pm

New opening for a MA scheduler for H&V! Unique role for a Medical Assistant who prefers more of an administrative opportunity working on the phones and computer and very little in-person work with patients.

What does the average day look like for this person?

• Scheduling for procedures like cath lab
• Scheduling for cardiac testing
• Utilize EPIC for scheduling and entering in patient demographic information

Must Haves:

• MA-C or MA-R cert
• Must have either strong scheduling experience OR strong cardiology background
• EPIC

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• scheduling: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
• RMA (Required)
