Job Title: Phone Operator (Healthcare)

Location: Spokane, WA 99202

Duration: 3 Months Contract-to-Hire

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Description:

What does the average day look like for this person?

• Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the correct person or dept
• Some EPIC work/medical chart intake
• Some data entry

Must Haves:

• professional, high customer service
• able to multi-task
• any experience with multiple phone lines a plus!

Required Years of Experience? open but would like at least some healthcare customer service exp. Would like someone with some EPIC exp.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• phone operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• switchboard: 1 year (Required)
