Radiology Service Desk Coordinator - Urgent Opening

• Job Title: Radiology Service Desk Coordinator
• Location: 506 Lenox Ave, New York, NY 10037
• Facility: Harlem Hospital Center
• Shift Schedule: 11:30pm – 7:00am with Wed/Thurs off
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/Week.
• Duration of the Contract: 13 Weeks (with Highly Possible Extension).

Skills

• Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required
• Experience working in a service desk environment
• Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute
• Technical familiarity with any of the following: Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system
