Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAssists in all of the meeting scheduling and pre-boarding activities inclusive of new hire paperwork, liaison HR system input and employee files as necessary.
Maintains confidential HR system records and compiles reports as needed.
Provides project support for the Talent Acquisition team, which involves collaboration within and outside the department, coordination with employees and managers.
Assist the Executive Director of Executive Recruitment and Vice President of Talent Acquisition with all BILH DEI reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Assist with filing and data maintenance of all forms of documents needed for verification of primary source verification.
Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required.
1-3 Years Related Work Experience Required.Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
