EA Team is Hiring a Web Developer 2 Near Seattle, WA
- Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A bachelor's in a Computer Science background would be great but not required.
- Disqualifiers: None
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain strong technical web development experience with typescript and C#. Previous experience working with AI is a plus.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of the code they develop.
- Minimum 4 years experience with Front End web development
- Minimum 3 years experience with Typescript
- Minimum 2 years experience with C#
- Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Week of 5/28 and early June.
- Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1-2 rounds conducted by 2-3 developers on the team and the front end tech lead.
- Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should study up on basic data structures and be prepared to answer questions related to typscript prior to the assessment. There may be a standard coding assessment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
- Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications
- Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support
- Identify, escalate and document production impact issues
- Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities
