As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the garment industry, proficiency in using Printavo software, and excellent communication skills to handle professional email correspondence. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple accounts and projects at once. Attention to detail is imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Utilize Printavo software to track orders, manage production schedules, and communicate with clients.
• Prepare and send professional emails to clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly. Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of custom garments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the garment industry.
• Proficiency in using Printavo software is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send professional and effective emails.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
