The Sr. Marketing Representative should be well rounded with marketing technology skills, creative, someone who likes to think of new and interesting ways to grab attention, able to work autonomously, critical thinking skills to solve problems, effective communication skills, self-motivated to achieve the goals of the team, a collaborative nature to work with internal teams, and an urgency to complete projects within the deadline. This position is designed for someone who wants to take ownership and pride in helping expand our reach and sales for our PTC products and services.
Must have 5 years professional Marketing experience (not including college projects)Job DescriptionResponsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms and print media.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Other duties as assigned as the needs dictate.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in channel marketing and/or partner sales support.
- 1-2 years of experience in NetSuite, MS Office, Linked In, Facebook, and WordPress preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience overall in the Marketing field.
- Prefer a candidate with experience and understanding of both direct sales and multiple distribution channel businesses
- Must have a strong understanding of marketing strategies.
- Must have strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign performance data.
- Must be able to attend marketing events which may include evenings and/or weekends.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.
- Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer, departmental, and company goals.
- Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output.
