Mid-level Associate - Structured Finance

Location: Los Angeles/New York

A leading Am Law 200 firm is in search of a talented mid-level associate to join its structured finance practice in either the Los Angeles office or the New York office.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong deal experience within a law firm, specifically focused on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financial structures.
• A well-rounded background with experience across diverse asset types and structures (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Bar admission in the candidate's preferred office location (Los Angeles or New York) is a requirement.

Pay: Up to $365,000.00 per year
