Intellectual Property Mid-Senior Associate

AM Law 200 firm is hiring an experienced mid-level associate patent attorney to join their expanding national Intellectual Property group practice. This opportunity is available only at the firm's Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis.
• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Strong academic record, along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to excel and develop within the firm.
