Patent Prosecution Associate
Location: Austin, New York, Orange County, or Washington, D.C.

Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of patent prosecution experience
- BS in computer science background
- Graduate or undergraduate coursework in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, and/or bioinformatics
- Advanced degree in artificial intelligence (preferred)
- Prior technical experience at an AI company or startup (helpful)
Starting Salary:
$235,000 - $260,000 annually (based on experience and other factors)

About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of patent prosecution matters, including drafting and filing patent applications, responding to office actions, and conducting patent searches. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence or a related field, as well as experience in patent prosecution.

Pay: $235,000.00 - $265,000.00 per year
