SummaryEagle Eye Networks seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for general accounts payable and expense reporting processes. This is a hands-on operational role in a fast growing technology company.
Responsibilities
- Perform review and approval of employee expense reports based on expense reimbursement policy
- Entering and uploading invoices to AP software, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing expense reimbursement analysis
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Assist in maintenance of the AP inbox
- Reconciliation of credit card transaction activities
- 2 years working experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or similar role
- Solid computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Netsuite and/or Tipalti experience a plus
- HS Diploma/GED
