Primary Role
As a Class A CDL Local Truck Driver you will be responsible for the transport and delivery of potatoes from the cellar to our Warehouse. Your efforts should be focused on making deliveries on time, while meeting the safe driving standards of Eagle Eye Produce.
Minimum Qualifications
* Valid CDL Class-A License required, with a clean driving record
* 2 years Class-A CDL driving experience
* Farm experience is a plus, but not required
Haul spuds on belt trainers experience is a plus
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding behavior, vehicle and equipment operation, and safe work practices
* Conduct a thorough pre-trip inspection of all equipment
* Back up to unloading equipment at cellars and shed
* Operate truck as instructed by driver supervisor, field supervisor, harvester operator, and farm manager
* Maneuver trucks into load and unloading positions
