BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representativewho will drive sales in our Parts, Service and Rental Departments as one of the best in the heavy equipment industry. We are looking for someone who can be a team player and can also work independently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Greet and communicate effectively with customers upon arrival
• Includes service writing and getting work order approvals
• Serve as a liaison to our Parts & Service Departments
• Coordinate pick up & delivery for rental fleet
• Quote, schedule, collect payment, and keep up equipment records
• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
• Strong work ethic with attention to details
• Basic computer skills in Excel & Word
• Math & Cash handling experience
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment is preferred
• Clean 3 year driving history
• Must be able to pass a drug test
