We are looking for an entry level Customer Support Representative who is eager to make a difference and drive brand visibility for our clients. As an entry level Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that help them succeed.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our clients’ customer bases. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engage directly with potential, former, and current customers to introduce our clients’ product and service offerings
  • Manage and oversee individual client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and proactive resolution of any issues or concerns
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
  • Assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Execute the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and customers alike
  • Collaborate with Management and fellow entry level Customer Support Representatives to provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives

Customer Support Representative Skills:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, Client Services, or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation to our Fredericksburg location and the ability to meet directly with our clients
