Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and well-connected Healthcare Talent Acquisition Recruiter / HR Specialist to drive our recruitment and retention efforts. You'll source exceptional PTs, OTs, SLPs, mental health therapists, counselors, and administrative professionals, while ensuring they feel valued, supported, and motivated to grow with us. Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute bold, creative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Leverage your industry connections to source passive candidates and fill critical roles quickly.
- Lead job fairs, university partnerships, and professional networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Retention & Talent Engagement:
- Design and implement innovative retention programs to keep our people excited and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing staff, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and reward high performers.
3. Scheduling & Workforce Optimization:
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure seamless operations across all service areas.
- Anticipate staffing needs based on program demand and growth forecasts.
- Proactively address gaps and challenges, ensuring we deliver exceptional care every time.
4. HR Operations & Culture Building:
- Streamline onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcome and ready to hit the ground running.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Support key HR initiatives like performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
5. Be a Connector:
- Use your industry expertise and deep network to position our organization as the #1 destination for top healthcare talent in the Greater Baltimore area.

Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience with proven success in healthcare recruitment and HR, focusing on rehabilitation and mental health services.
Location: Greater Baltimore Area
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
