Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, conflict management, benefits administration. The Human Resources will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations such as Company Policy Rules and Regulations, while also supporting change management initiatives within the organization.
Duties:
- HR responsibilities, including onboarding / outboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Manage claims for disability, paid family leave, and unemployment and manage employee leave of absences.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Implement strategies for human capital management to optimize employee performance and engagement.
- Provide guidance on conflict management and resolution within the workplace.
- Support FMLA processes and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Assist in change management initiatives to drive organizational growth and development.
- Other duties as required.
Experience:
- ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with workers' compensation procedures and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques.
- Knowledge of benefits administration practices.
- Understanding of human capital management strategies.
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to support change management initiatives effectively.
