· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must have a High School diploma or GED

· Must be able to pass a drug test

· Must possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Qualifications:

. CPR/AED, First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant) Certified instructor

. Airport experience is a big plus

. Minimum of 5 years of assistant management/manager experience

· Dependability/Integrity/Attention to detail/Planning and organizing/Time management

· Leadership and supervision

· Preferably have previous Security industry supervisory experience

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

. Understands completely & conforms to all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

· Prepared all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner

· Responsible for reviewing the employees work performance

· Lead and manage team, providing ongoing coaching and supervision

· Manage day to day issues and concerns

· Hold review meetings with supervisors and employees as and when needed

· Lead by example, exemplifying integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills

· Responsible for dispatching and covering vacant as needed

Responsibilities:

. Train new hires on CPR First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant) for the airport employees

. Ensure compliance with TSA/LAX Airport Regulations and submit training records accordingly

. Ensure employees comply with company’s policy rules and regulations

. Maintained accurate records up to date

. Maintained and update emergency response plans and procedures

. Enforce Safety and Company Guidelines

. Conduct safety audits

. Comply with the Airport SAFE program

. Ensure employees comply with all TSA and Airport Rules and Regulations
