**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Camera Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security camera systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with surveillance equipment and possess strong technical abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Installation Assistance:** Assist senior technicians in the installation and setup of security camera systems, including mounting cameras, running cables, and configuring equipment. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately.

2. **Maintenance and Repairs:** Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning lenses, checking connections, and replacing components as needed. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with security camera systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on newly installed or upgraded camera systems. Verify that all cameras are functioning correctly, recording properly, and providing the desired coverage.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of installation activities, maintenance tasks, and repair work. Complete installation reports, service tickets, and other documentation in a timely and organized manner.

5. **Assistance with Upgrades:** Assist in upgrading existing camera systems with new equipment or software as required. Follow upgrade procedures and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.

6. **Customer Support:** Provide technical support and assistance to customers and end-users regarding the operation and maintenance of security camera systems. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance as needed.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Some evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate project deadlines or emergency service calls.
