Job Title: Security Site Lead Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and lead a team of security officers. Provide training, guidance, and support to the security staff.
Security Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations. Ensure effective patrolling, monitoring, and response to incidents.
Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Update and implement security protocols as required.
Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents. Prepare incident reports and conduct post-incident analysis.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a contact for security matters when necessary. Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal departments (SOC) as necessary.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Identify potential security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs. Prepare security reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a similar setting.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in security or related field is a plus.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: Relevant security certifications, such as a Security Guard License, may be required.
Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Familiarity with security technology and equipment.
Work Environment: The Security Site Lead will work on-site, with the need for occasional travel to other locations or for training purposes. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
