The Sales and Marketing Administrator will assist in planning, executing, and delivering all matters relating to the sales and marketing of the company. They are also responsible for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, tracking of online activities, and coordinating marketing tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide support for the marketing activities of the company to achieve sales goals, customer relations, market penetration, new and existing customer development, and other goals of the company.

• To provide ongoing support to the Director of Retail Operations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all sales data of multiple sites and products.

• Provide support and control of the marketing activities of the company to achieve sales goals, customer relations, market penetration, new and existing customer development, service diversification, and other goals of the sales and marketing department within company guidelines.

• Coordinate delivery of marketing material between third-party vendors and Eagle Stop locations, including light travel to store locations.

• Delivering invoices and billing to the accounting department.

• Manage and coordinate marketing materials, web content, and press releases.

• Verify, maintain, and manage branding standards between locations.

• Keep promotional materials updated and ready for distribution. Maintain a running inventory and drive ordering of replacement materials.

• Investigate new markets and opportunities based on industry trends when applicable.

• Write and coordinate all social media and web-based materials and press releases in conjunction with third-party marketing firms.

• Communicate monthly via Sales Reports the results of past marketing strategies.

• Coordinate meetings regularly with other departments to ensure that sales information and branding flow throughout the company to ensure that company goals and objectives are achieved.

• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and assist in updating the marketing plans accordingly.

• Compiles materials and coordinates activities related to special events such as new store openings.

• Develops and maintains files related to sales programs, weekly ads, and marketing and special event communications; ensures they are available for future reference.

• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required.
