Eagle Tech Consultants is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Dallas, TX

Eagle Tech Consultants is looking for a Mid to Senior Construction project manager to start right away. You will be working on a variety of Industrial and Heavy Industrial projects

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  2. Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize project efficiency.
  3. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  4. Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and regulations.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety.
  6. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  7. Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and resolve contractual disputes as needed.
  8. Progress Reporting: Generate regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and resolutions.
  9. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing regular updates, and delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or LEED Accredited Professional are preferred.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Procore, as well as familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  6. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues proactively and develop creative solutions.
  8. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
  9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced construction environment.
  10. Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management, to ensure projects are completed profitably.
