Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain process effectiveness during the order process cycle, from start to finish.

• Act as the primary liaison between EagleBurgmann and its customers.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and EagleBurgmann’s operational targets.

• Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering and operation teams while owning the project management and implementation process for EagleBurgmann.

• Monitor, minimize and mitigate all hand-offs and queue times during order processing to ensure there is no risk to steps being missed or lost.

• Develop strong relationships with customers and sales personnel. Create a strong foundation based on trust through strong communication, early, frequent and accurate updates.

• Read and understand engineered drawings with metric and imperial dimensions.

• Clarify discrepancies or unclear information between purchase orders, RFQs, drawings, technical information and quality levels.

• Document control, including verification of work scope, pricing, costs and quality needs.

• Frequently coordinate with global EagleBurgmann subsidiaries.

• Prepare and update reporting to show progress and status of all open orders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Any other job functions as assigned to support the team and the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.

• 5-7 years of Project Manager experience in engineering and production environment.

• Experience with Mechanical Seals and/or rotating equipment.

• Experience in an engineered to order manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or comparable MRP systems.

• Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel, Project and report making.

• Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.

• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and competing tasks within given budget and time frame.

• Takes ownerships of tasks assigned and have a strong customer centric mindset.

• Detailed oriented with outstanding organization skills, time management skills and communications skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Travel may be required, 25% of time.

• PPE must be worn in manufacturing areas.
