Job Overview:
We are looking for multiple positions in a Pega scrum team including
Position: 1 LSA. 1 LBA, 4 SSAs, 1 Data Analyst
Role: PEGA LSA/LBA/SSA/Data Analyst
Certification: CSSA/CPBA/CLSA
Location: Morris Plains, NJ / St. Louis, MO (Day one onsite Hybrid)
Experience: 10-12 Years
Technical Skills:
· Pega RULES, 5 years PRPC 7.x or PRPC 8.x, HCIF.
· Good experience in Rest Web Services, Micro Services, Java Development and CI/CD.
· PEGA, SQL, Java, QE, Javascript, Java, Acceptance Regression Testing, Acceptance Testing
· Expertise in objected-oriented techniques/principles, system integration using web services and service interfaces, database design.
· Ability to work in SCRUM based Agile teams and practice Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
· Must demonstrate strong skills in communication, problem solving, collaboration, leadership and project management.
· Good understanding of Pega ecosystem, node configuration, app-server configurations and split-schema and key tables.
· Any exposure to Pega Infinity 23 and 24 is an advantage
· Comprehensive understanding of release management, ruleset management, User Interface, and integration impact of Pega upgrade.
· Understanding of elastic search, indexing, Hazelcast cache, Apache kafka and background processes
· Good at collaboration and clear communications with onsite, offshore teams, perform reviews of the code, design, plan, and architecture
· Meticulous at creating and following processes and technical documentations
· Experience with Pega skimming, rebuilding indexes, identifying performance issues, and troubleshooting code or configuration issues.
Responsibilities:
· Customer service & leadership.
· Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Engineering matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
· Designs and develops a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake which store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data.
· Manages processes that are highly complex and impact the greater organization.
· Designs, develops and implements methods, processes, tools and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns.
· May lead or manage sizable projects.
· Participates in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across enterprise via an analytics and reporting.
· Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
· Recognized internally as the go-to person and "subject matter expert" for the most complex Information Management assignments.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
