Description
As a CSR you are the front line of support for sales personnel and customers. You will ensure that customers are satisfied by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities |
CUSTOMER FOCUS:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries with positive attitude
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Assist sales reps. with orders and communicate issues, if needed.
- Obtain all information necessary to accurately enter orders.
- Offer product suggestions regarding specials, promotions, and quantity price breaks to increase sales volume.
- Research & communicate with appropriate personnel or customer when problem solving for status of customer orders.
- Process customer returns.
- Utilize live chats with customers to Assist with internet ordering
- Set up online accounts
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to use a desktop computer system
- Excellent typing skills
- Demonstrate ability to navigate between various programs including Excel.
- Accurately and thoroughly input customer orders submitted by various outlets
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS:
- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- 6 Months - 1 Year Office Products Experience Preferred
- Customer Service/Telemarketing Experience Preferred
- Data Entry Experience
