Description

Responsible for effectively and efficiently installing, and training on all MFP’s, printers, document management, fax, and print management software. Responsible for maintaining and support all Technology Services Division software products.

MARKETING:

• Perform customer training on drivers and other software related to digital copiers in an effort to increase volume-based revenues.
• Actively obtain and submit leads for new machine sales.
• Assist with installations and training for assigned locations.
• Support Technology Services Sales rep for PaperCut, Goldfax, eGoldfax, docMgt, Displays and any other software.

SALES SUPPORT:

• Lead support person for sales and training of PaperCut, GoldFax, eGoldFax, Displays, Sharp MFP, Ricoh MFP, and HP printer products.
• Assist with attaining scope of work for clients where software is involved.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

• Immediately report any customer concerns to the Technology Services Supervisor.
• Properly service customer needs and requests.

DOCUMENTATION:

• Provide activity reports to for the Technology Services service department
• Prepare and accurately complete paperwork that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent experience
• Software/Networks skills desirable
• Mechanical skills

• Exceptional presentation and training skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solver
• Strong communication skills
• Travel as necessary to customer locations
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 60 pounds as needed during workday
