- Provide safe, quality allergy testing
- Administer immunotherapy injections, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Allergy serum preparation
- Manage patient compliance
- Support physicians and advocate for patients
- Facilitate billing process
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- BLS Certification preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work within a team nursing model
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Solution-focused problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR experience
- Availability Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, 32-40 hours per week
- Willingness to travel to our Appleton, Neenah, and Oshkosh clinics
