POSITION SUMMARY:

Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Engineering Department to join our growing team in Wall, NJ.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Preparing and processing of monthly paperwork for various state projects

· Processing of correspondence from subcontractors for various projects

· Maintaining electronic files

· Various other administrative tasks

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

· A self-starter with initiative and the ability to anticipate needs

· Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and track multiple workflows simultaneously

· Administrative Experience
