Must have previous title company/real estate law firm residential closing experience and live in Broward County. Looking for a detail-oriented, professional, personable, self-starter who is able to multi-task. Candidate should be able to process a real estate transaction from start to finish, including ordering title search, lien search, payoffs, survey, and estoppel letters. Experience with DoubleTime software is preferred, but not required. Starting salary $50,0000. Yearly performance bonus. Paid time off after 90 days, paid sick. Growth potential.
