Position Summary:

EarnIn is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and resourceful engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineering Lead, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our backend services. The Remote-CA base salary range for this role is $165,800 - $207,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

What You'll Do:

• System Design and Architecture: Design, architect, and implement fintech capabilities that power the EarnIn products
• Collaborate and mentor other senior engineers while providing thoughtful guidance using code, design, and architecture reviews.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in identity management, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• Estimate and manage team project timelines and risks
• Participate in hiring and onboarding for new team members.
• Lead cross-team engineering initiatives
