As the Merchant Team Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the promotions desk, billing, building / maintaining broker / vendor relationships, assisting key processes, and building / analyzing reporting.
You'll report to the SVP of Merchandising and Procurement and work closely with the Category Management Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Management of the entire promotional life cycle
Processing cost files and cost changes
Broker, vendor, and distributor support
Support Category Managers with ad hoc report and process requests
Required skills :
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills
Experience in the CPG / Natural Grocery industry
Specifically in Wellness and Beer & Wine
Preferred skills :
Familiarity with supply chain management
Experience with ECRS and Fintech
