Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Emissions Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting air emissions testing primarily stack testing in gas compression.

This position will require being in the field approximately 90% of the time and working approximately 40 to 50 hours a week.

Compensation :

22 to $28 / hr. plus Overtime; Based on Experience and Certifications

Responsibilities :

• Conduct emissions testing on natural gas compressors, small engines, tank facilities, etc.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot field equipment, ensuring its proper functioning.
• Accurately record and organize field data, ensuring that all information is properly documented.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, summarizing findings. This will include utilizing Microsoft Office.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety protocols during fieldwork.
• Work closely with emissions project manager and field-level operations representatives.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in natural gas compression
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and data collection techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Additional Requirements :

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry field equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Microsoft 360, Internet-based time entry).
