Based at our convenient Garland location (3621 Miller Park Dr. Garland, TX 75042), you'll play a essential role in creating breathtaking landscapes and providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to review their needs and identify opportunities

- Conduct presentations, design professional demonstrations, and present company products or services onsite

- Liaise between the company and customers to provide updates on pricing, service, and product releases

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, procedures, and services by attending meetings and training sessions

- Represent the company positively at conferences and trade shows

- Utilize marketing data and sales management tools to maximize sales effectiveness

- Organize joint sales calls and attend them with vendors

- Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain expense accounts

- Update and maintain customer accounts, including contact information, for future sales

- Ensure quality of service and overall client satisfaction, with authority to take corrective action as needed

- Provide product quotes to customers and ensure follow-up on leads

Requirements:

- Knowledge of safety operations, regulations, and customer service skills

- Proficiency in business English, spelling, grammar, and basic arithmetic

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work well under pressure and foster positive working relationships

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- High school graduate or equivalent with 4 years of previous landscape and customer service experience

- Current State of Texas Driver’s License
