Job DescriptionBusiness Development Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW:
Do you thrive in building relationships and have a passion for the dental industry? eAssist seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist (Sales) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
In this role, you'll leverage your sales and dental industry knowledge to identify and qualify dental practices as potential clients for our services. You'll build strong relationships, educate prospects, and guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth launch and ongoing success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect Development & Qualification: Identify and research potential dental practices, assess their needs, and determine their fit for our services.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and track leads in our CRM system (HUB), ensuring consistent follow-up and timely communication.
  • Client Acquisition: Educate and qualify leads, converting them into satisfied clients by effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Onboarding & Client Success: Manage the client enrollment process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a successful launch and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively participating in meetings and effectively communicating progress on assigned tasks.
  • Performance & Goal Setting: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, track progress through Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reporting, and contribute to overall team success.
  • Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule, including covering incoming sales calls during designated hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or related sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry and its current trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
100% remote
COMPENSATION:
Heavy commission based role with base of $1400 per month.
