EAMC MISSION
At East Alabama Medical Center, the HR DB Coordinator will assist to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS. The position will work with the HRIS Systems Architect to make sure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department. The position is responsible for assisting in solving HR/Benefits/Payroll related system issues. The position also helps maintain system setup for HR/Benefits/Payroll. This role identifies, analyzes and interprets trends in complex HR/Benefits data sets to uncover areas of opportunity to assist HR and Management to follow organizational policies and procedures.
