- Maintain a safe, organized and clean truck / job site environment
- Perform routine tool inventory updates / checks / calibrations
- Source all needed technical service documents (online or otherwise)
- Research and submit replacement parts request daily
- Be on time for scheduled appointments
- Write online invoice for each service appointment
- Perform duties as assigned
- Complete online training
- Minimum of 2 or more years experience in the major appliance repair field (within the last 3 years, 2021-2024)
- Must have own basic hand tools (ratchets, screw drivers, pliers etc...)
- Live in Suffolk County Long Island, NY
- Pass Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle & Background Check
- Pass technical exam (Administered during interview)
- Must understand AC & DC circuit troubleshooting
- Must be able to download & upload files, send a receive email
- Ability to handle physical workload (continuous bending and lifting minimum 75 pounds)
- Must be willing to work in homes that have dogs, cats and other animals (Lions, Tigers and Bears excluded)
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize pressing issues while managing workload as a whole
- Ability to say yes and mean it, or say no. (If you say you will do something, do it)
- Understand that getting along with our clients is a priority
- Understand that our ability to solve problems for our client is the whole reason we are in business
- Speak and write in English
