East Bay Grille is a small business in Plymouth, MA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to hire full-time and part-time bartenders. .

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has 2 years' previous experience in the restaurant industry, enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and must have TIPS or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to customers' orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure that all customers are served in a timely manner.
- Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Be knowledgeable about the bar's menu and drink specials.
- Collect payment from customers for drinks served.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
