Do you have the drive to work in a fast paced environment with a close team of Doctors and staff? East Central Veterinarians (ECV) has an opening for a full-time or part-time CVT. ECV is focused on client services; we are proud to offer quality medical, surgical, and preventative care to companion animals in the Cambridge and Mora areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team, has a positive attitude, strives for continual improvement, has strong communication skills, and ideally has previous CVT experience. Responsibilities and Duties

Technicians at ECV rotate between lab, surgery, in-patient, and out-patient care.

Qualifications and Skills

All applicants need to have graduated from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program or its equivalent.
The applicant also needs to be a Certified Veterinary Technician or its equivalent.
Upbeat and positive attitude
Enjoys interacting with people
Love of animals
Multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills
Ability to lift 40lbs
Be able to sit, stand and/or walk for prolong periods of time
Schedule allows for day/evening hours and rotating weekend shifts

Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
