Position requires strong oral and written communications skills technical and organizational ability. Flexibility with ability to embrace potential changes in job responsibilities, personal motivation for success, problem solving and decision making ability. The individual will be responsible for researching and tracking a database which provides sales lead information on all types of public and private design construction projects working with a sales team to procure the project and then managing the various stages of the project. This includes civil and commercial projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England Region from the development stages through the project award stage and procurement and final delivery stages.
