Your day as a Human Resource Manager -

As a new Human Resource Manager at East Coast Industry Services, you can expect a dynamic role that involves recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting interviews, updating HR databases, and coordinating employee benefits.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends required to accommodate the needs of the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with all levels of staff, providing guidance and support to create a positive and productive work environment.

  • Communicate with employees daily and report feedback to management.
  • Potential for payroll duties.
  • Assist management with various daily roles.
  • Support and assist general management with oversight of operations.
  • Handle write ups / corrective actions with employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with a proven track record in human resources.
