This job is an OVERNIGHT position that requires DRIVING a parking lot sweeping truck for your entire shift, to and from different locations without any incidents. Handpicking trash, changing garbage's, using a hand blower, breaking down cardboard for recycling, and general cleaning and maintenance duties, are all part of this job. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the sites on your route each night. Use of a company tablet to log onto certain apps for checking in and out of assigned locations, will be required. You MUST be VERY DEPENDABLE, hardworking, and require minimal supervision while working.

Pay:

• Position starts at $16.00 an hour
• Paid training
• Overtime available

WE REQUIRE THIS TO BE YOUR ONLY FULL-TIME JOB AS EXTENSIVE OVERNIGHT DRIVING IS INVOLVED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SECOND JOB PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKDAY & WEEKEND NIGHTS, WHICH INCLUDES OCCASIONAL OVERTIME!

Requirements:

• Must have a clean drivers license; each applicants driver abstract will be run to confirm, and review, license status prior to hiring
• Must be able to adhere to strict time management schedules
• Motivated to get the job done and work efficiently under pressure
• Punctuality and honesty are expected. When training is completed, you will be working independently and are expected to perform in a professional manner at all times.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Have a working cell phone
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb in and out of truck multiple times a night
• Must be able to work over nights, weekends, and holidays
