Job Summary

Assist the Associate Vice President for Academic, Social Sciences Chair, and Administrative Assistant as needed in the School of Liberal Arts, Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

Responsibilities

The student is expected to primarily assist the Associate Vice President for Academic, Social Sciences Chair, and Administrative Assistant at a time mutually agreed upon by them and the student. The student will be required to log in and out of OneUSG for each work session. In the absence of the Associate Vice President for Academic, Social Sciences Chair or Administrative Assistant, the student is expected to answer the phone and take messages.

Required Qualifications

The student must be registered for at least 6 credit hours at EGSC and must be in good academic standing.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Basic computer skills are needed, including the ability to answer emails and create basic excel spreadsheets. The ability to provide good customer service is essential, provide excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Need to have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
