Based in St. Petersburg, FL, we specialize in retail fixture and display, hospitality, government, education, and office furniture installations. As we continue to grow, we are excited to bring on our first Sales Representative to help expand our client base.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FF&E industry, with expertise in bidding projects and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients in the retail fixture and display, hospitality, government, education, and office furniture sectors.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Prepare and present bids for potential projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Collaborate with our project management team to ensure successful project execution.

- Assist in developing and refining our sales structure and processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales within the FF&E industry.

- Strong understanding of project bidding and client acquisition.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Experience in developing sales structures and processes is a plus.
