Overview:

As an Wealth & Private Banking Regional Director, you will offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families. Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, from Elite to those with significant wealth. You provide an exceptional investor experience by offering advised solutions and EWB partner referrals that deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion and support your teammates success and the goals of the bank, while fostering a culture of diversity.
  • Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to your clients by relying on leadership and relationship-building skills. This will be done with a consistent focus on relationship management, not portfolio management.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement.
  • Exhibit unwavering integrity that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity.
  • Demonstrate a passion for educating clients on the technology and channels available to them to better monitor, maintain, and handle their investments.
  • Provide a holistic view of clients needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
  • Proven track history in deposit generation, treasury sales, preferably in bank deposit gathering environment.
  • Provides advice and counsel to prospects and customers regarding deposits and related matters, always representing the Banks best interests.
  • Consistently operates in compliance with banking laws and regulations, established Bank policies and procedures, audit, and enterprise risk management policies.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of the Bank's products and services especially regarding deposit and cash management products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years in a Wealth Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience with dealing and working with ultra-affluent families.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice.
  • Leadership ability to coach, mentor or build new teams in growth environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulations governing financial products/services.
  • Experience within the legal, treasury operations, or specialty deposit markets strongly preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $170,000.00/Yr. - USD $230,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
