Positioned at the heart of the Vail Village, the Lodge Tower stands as a leading condominium property, offering unparalleled access to the terrain of Vail Mountain, just steps away.
We're on the lookout for a Front Desk & Reservations Agent with a passion for customer service. Daily tasks in this role include maintaining and promoting guest hospitality at all times, ensuring the Front Desk is functioning and organized in such a way as to ensure smooth check in and check out, a focus on guest satisfaction at all times, and assisting guests and owners with lodging reservations. This role presents an exciting opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in the hospitality industry at one of Vail's premier destinations. Duties include :
  • Provide authentic hospitality to guests and owners throughout their entire stay, ensuring satisfaction from the first point of contact through departure.
  • Engage with guests and owners in a friendly and responsive manner, addressing their needs and concerns with transparency and helpfulness.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective up-selling techniques and sales strategies.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with all departments to facilitate smooth operations and achieve collective objectives.
Location : Lodge Tower - Vail, Colorado
Job Start Date : ASAP
Employment Status : Full Time & Part Time Seasonal available (full time preferred, but part time for the right candidate)
Pay Rate : $21/hour the opportunity to earn commissions on walk-in reservations! (summer season only)
Schedule : Do you need to work mornings to coordinate with another job? Do like having set work days? We can be flexible with you! Our employees work the following shift times: 7am-3pm & 7:30am - 3:30pm, 3pm-11pm & 3:30pm-11:30pm, occasional mid shift of 10am-6pm
Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in customer service preferred (but can train the right person!)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient with a variety of office equipment including computers, printers, calculators, fax machines, copiers and telephones
