Job SummaryThe Aura Resident Manager is the key contact for all owners and guests of Aura. They will act as the liaison between the owners, guests and all internal SML departments to ensure that all owner and guests needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Job Responsibilities
  • Keep owners informed about fun, personalized events and opportunities in the Roaring Fork Valley before their arrival. Assist with reservations for local restaurants, tours, spas, rentals and ski school.
  • Help arriving owners and guests get luggage from the Aura the garage.
  • In conjunction with Snowmass Mountain Lodging, help with grocery requests to ensure that groceries are stocked for owner / guest arrival.
  • During prime season, stock self-serve coffee and snack bar and stock and monitor self-serve après ski bar.
  • Provide owners and guests luge shuttle services in Base Village.
  • Sign for and sort arriving packages for owners and guests in package room.
  • Oversee implementation of the Aura and Base Village Parking Management Plan. Coordinate any overflow parking situation, as well as guest parking.
  • Regular walks of the property to make sure that common areas are clean (Auto court, delivery pull off, garage, spa, lounge, ski and bike storage).
  • Work with SML maintenance and housekeeping teams to inventory, order, restock, and maintain all common-area supplies.
  • Coordinate any non-regularly scheduled landscaping or common area maintenance needed with SML team and regularly scheduled planter upkeep that requires access through residence.
  • Ensure that SML maintenance team inspects and records a maintenance log for all aspects of the property, including garage equipment and mechanicals (HVAC, central and hot water heaters, etc.), spa equipment, records deficiencies, diagnoses problems, and acts to perform necessary maintenance and repair when possible, or coordinates appropriate vendor repair services.
  • Coordinate and manage garbage and recycling pick-ups and services with TOSV.
  • Work with SML management team to prepare packets for HOA Board Meetings
  • Assist HOA Board of Directors in acquiring contractor bids, as necessary
Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Snowmass Village, CO
Start Date: ASAPEmployment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: Monday - Friday / weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000 per yearOther Duties And Responsibilities
  • Professionalism and attention to detail while ensuring profitability for the company and owners
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to existing owners and guests
  • Attends all regularly scheduled meetings (property, regional or corporate)
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Competencies:Education/Experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent experience required.
  • College degree a plus.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or guest service industry required.
Language Skills
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Knowledge of Spanish a plus
Computer Operations
  • Computer knowledge including but not limited to proficient skills in Microsoft Office, TracNcare, and IQWare Property Management Systems (TSW/RDP. TBD)
