Key Responsibilities
- Conduct necessary maintenance and repairs across hotel rooms, amenities, public spaces, pools, and hot tubs.
- Perform regular inspections and ensure optimal functioning of spa facilities and major mechanical equipment.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks and manage maintenance inventory to ensure supply availability.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Promote a safe and harmonious work environment by adhering to safety practices and securing worksites as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge & minimum 2-3 years experience of general building maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with experience interacting with guests, associates, and the general public.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items; Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Can work with minimal supervision, while staying organized, prioritizing, and conducting oneself in a professional manner.
