Temporary part-time GED teacher for adults at EASTCONN's Danielson location ( NELC - Northeast Learning Center ):

• multilevel morning classes will meet from 5:30 - 8 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays between July 9th through August 8th.
• The successful candidate will assist in developing curriculum, teach in a positive and supportive manner, have an understanding of the CCRS, have the ability to differentiate instruction, integrate technology, and be a team player.
• The successful applicant must possess the ability to relate positively to a multiracial, multicultural, and mutilevel group of students. He/She must be able to engage the students in meaningful instruction.
• Prior experience teaching GED and flexibility to work at multiple sites is preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field, and certified or certifiable in CT Adult Education (#107).
