Weve got more to tell you. **About the Job:** Our business is growing, which means we are expanding our Residential Sales team. If you are a competitive, customer-focused, and analytical salesperson with experience in the mechanical trades we want to talk to you! This role is responsible for selling directly to homeowners. You will meet and exceed your targets if you take a genuine interest in your customers and learn what issues they are concerned about and then educate them about what services Haller can provide to help them solve their problems. **This is a safety-sensitive position.** **Youre an experienced Residential Electrical Salesperson and have probably read more than a couple of these over the years so lets cut to the chase. Once you have an appointment, you are comfortable asking questions of homeowners and talking with them. You know when to talk and when to listen. You are also computer savvy and know how to use Hallers various software packages to quickly and accurately prepare a proposal that will give them the right solution based on what you learned about their needs.

You are an intelligent and confident Sales Rep with more than a few years of residential electric experience, but you know when to ask for help. You actively seek input from other leaders and teammates within Haller. Collaboration is the key to everyone's success!

We want you because you are organized, and you know how to communicate. Not only can you communicate clearly and thoroughly to our customers, but you also know that detailed communication with other Haller team members sets our entire team up for success. You can communicate the needs of the customer clearly and you can explain those needs to the Project Coordination and field Install teams who will ultimately execute your plan.

You have years of electrical field experience and you know how to explain your solution to a wide range of people. You can have an intelligent conversation with electricians who have been in the field for 30 years or you can simplify what we do, without using industry jargon, to a homeowner. You know how to clearly explain what you're proposing, to help them understand why its the best solution.

You've been through a few challenging customer negotiations in your career and you know how to overcome objections. You've learned that price isn't the only factor to discuss when working out a deal. You understand what Haller offers that differentiates us from our competition and you can communicate the "Why Haller" to overcome these objections and ultimately, close the sale.

You aren't afraid of technology and you know how to utilize it in a wide variety of ways. You know that using your CRM properly can help you manage your pipeline, give timely feedback to your customers, stay in touch with prospects, and document conversations to maximize internal communication. You can also navigate all Microsoft programs and have the ability to create interactive presentations to engage our customers through the use of video and data to show them why Haller is the best choice for their organization.

You also understand how to use social media to help you build a personal brand to reach prospective customers. You are active in a variety of platforms to create interest and excitement about the services Haller provides for its customers. We're always adding new solutions and services!
