Eastern Industrial Products, Inc. is Hiring a CNC Machine Operator Near Plymouth, MA
CNC Machine Operator is responsible to set up and operate automated die cutting machines, producing a variety of rubber & sponge gaskets from sheet materials
Duties and Responsibilities
Set-Up, operate and maintain die cutting equipment
Operate a pallet jack and fork lift
Follow all safety procedures
Requirements
Must be organized and able to work within time frame for completion efficiently
Multitask and work with minimal supervision
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) with whole numbers and fractions
Ability to read and understand measurements
Education and Experience
High school or technical school training
One year of manufacturing and mechanical experience preferred
Physical Demands
You will continuously walk, stand, lift, reach, reach at odd angles, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, crouch, etc. during shift
Must have finger and hand dexterity
Regularly lifts 25-50 pounds with help
Vision Specific Abilities Required
Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception; Ability to adjust focus
Must have the ability to see and distinguish between colors
