Title of Position: Mathematics Faculty Member Spring 2025 Start

Bargaining Unit / Salary Range: MEA Faculty Unit; $48,846.97 - $58,325.83 Dependent upon Qualifications & Experience.

Responsibilities: EMCC is looking to fill a full-time Temporary Mathematics Faculty member to begin January 13th, 2025. The chosen candidate will teach the equivalent of a full load of courses in Mathematics which is 15 credits / contact hours with an emphasis on statistics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Mathematics or closely related field. Three to five years of work experience in Higher Education environments. Prior experience with Brightspace and MyMathLab (MML) as a learning tool preferred. Experience teaching in a variety of formats, including in person, online and hybrid/virtual.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in Mathematics or closely related field. Previous teaching experience in a community college environment. Program and curriculum development skills. Collaborative, creative and passionate about teaching and learning.
